Project
Balancing a sincere allegiance to their classical roots with elements of world music, jazz, and
hip hop (flutist Greg Patillo’s “beatbox flute” is truly remarkable), this flute, cello and bass trio
has the classical-fusion world standing on its ear. Few classically trained ensembles could even
attempt to work hip-hop into their mix, but Project is busy breaking all the rules -- and to critical
acclaim. Master’s degree musicians with degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music and Rice
University, Project’s versatile and accessible programs jump skillfully “out of the box,”
enthusiastically beckoning a new generation of music lovers as no other ensemble can.

Buffalo Rome
Kevin Douglas, Billy McCorvey and Michael Visconti are no strangers to the music business: Kevin, a
featured performer on the Grand Ole Opry and Country Music Television; Billy, the writer of
Montgomery Gentry’s hit, “Lonely and Gone”; and Michael, a producer and jingle writer. As Buffalo
Rome, their individual styles meld with surprising natural ease, forming a mature, fresh sound that’s
as comfy as a pair of vintage Levi’s. Blending the sounds of today’s country and 1970’s West Coast
country rock, Buffalo Rome is making new fans everywhere declare the band’s motto:
“Wherever you go, Buffalo Rome!” |

Daniel Rodriguez
Daniel Rodriguez, “The Singing Policeman” for the New York City Police Department became America’s
beloved tenor when he rendered a capella performances of “God Bless America” and the National
Anthem for September 11th memorial services. Ringing, heartfelt and beautiful, his performances
stirred the hearts of the entire nation. Since then, he has performed at venues ranging from 2002
Winter Olympics, to Disneyland, to The White House. A pillar of courage and faith, Daniel Rodriguez
is truly an inspiration, who freely shares his deep appreciation for life, God and country.
He is accompanied by a pianist. |

Rudolf Budginas
In his ingenious show “You, Me & the Piano,” Budginas illustrates how classical music has
influenced contemporary artists by actually breaking down how Billy Joel might have drawn on
Liszt’s “Hungarian Rhapsody” to get “Piano Man”. Famous for audience and humorous
asides, Rudolf Budginas takes the audience from “Claire de Lune” to “Rhapsody in Blue” with
contagious energy and endless surprises! Musical Prodigy Rudolf Budginas debuted with the
Lithuanian National Symphony at age nine, trained at Moscow Conservatory, and promptly rose
to international fame performing solo concerts. After moving to the U.S. in 1994, he discovered
his true passion: giving classical music a broader audience appeal. |
